'What is this I can feel?'

Last night I was in bed and I was snuggling with my husband (Don't worry, this isn't about to turn 50 shades of grey) As I moved and laid on my back (I promise this isnt going where you may think it is!!) he stopped in his tracks with a worried look on his face he says 'Em, whats this? I've never felt this before?' I got him to show me what he was feeling as the way he said it made me start to worry. Turns out we found my rib cage.

I say 'found' in a loose term as its always been there, I've always HAD a rib cage but its always been buried under mountains of fat that's made it squishy and less rib cage-y.

So, this is my NSV for this week!
