I decided to start with the 10 day tighten and tone programme! Yesterday was day one and oh my gosh! It was so fun! I worked up such a sweat and earned my self 10 activity points for just 45 minutes exercise.
Day two consists of a 20 minute express session followed by 20 minutes of the flat abs dvd.
I can't wait to do this once the girls are on bed tonight!
